During these unprecedented times we are seeing quite incredible results across our client portfolio.

mtc has always been a leader in the eCommerce arena. We have not only designed and built many household names eCommerce platforms using our own technology but also have a significant growing OpenSource team designing and building on platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Over the last few years we have began successfully disrupting various industries with our eCommerce technology and applying over two decades of experience to do so. These include the FMCG, Hospitality and Automotive industries.

Due to the current Covid outbreak and the latest advice around social distancing it is clear that consumer behaviour is changing, and in our opinion will change forever. Pre the outbreak eCommerce was already a growing area of importance for our clients, however now it is clear it’s likely to become the biggest priority for many of our clients.

Will people return in the same numbers as before to crowded high streets, shops, car showrooms and supermarkets? We could well be fast approaching a tipping point that will further accelerate and revolutionise online shopping habits. Our data and insights team are already reporting this to us with clients eCommerce conversion rates hitting new highs into double digits.

James Phillip our Head of Marketing was quoted as saying:

Investing in ensuring our clients websites have industry leading conversion rates is now paying dividends. Many of our clients are seeing their ecommerce conversion rate going beyond 10%. This provides a massive Return on Investment (ROI) with their marketing spend and we are seeing increases across many industries

Below are examples of how we have applied our technology to specific industries, however we have experience in almost all sectors.

1 hour grocery delivery, convenience store to your door. Clients include Scotmid, Morrisons and Spar.

In the last month we have launched a number of eCommerce projects into both websites and apps to literally keep our clients afloat. Some are existing clients, some are new clients that have been recommended to us - we are delighted to be working with them all. Some great quotations to illustrate the results:

We have gone from our darkest moment of being unable to sell our product to an army of workers who are working flat out packing boxes to deliver to customers doors. We cannot believe how many online orders we are receiving. Every order is helping secure our future

Our stock is perishable and with no ability to sell to our B2B clients we setup our B2C website in record time. We have been able to keep our warehouse staff working at a time when we didn’t think it was possible

Incredible. From nothing to over £20,000 in sales in the first three days of launching our new eCommerce platform with mtc we cannot thank the guys enough for their hard work

Three great testimonials in amongst many. Never have we felt so privileged to be helping to do our bit to boost the economy and ensure everyone sees light at the end of the tunnel.
