Last week saw the relaunch of the new SHARE website for the Scottish Health Research Register

SHARE is a simple, complete database of the residents of Scotland who have actively expressed an interest in contributing to health research, whether patients or healthy volunteers.

The new website encourages everyone to sign up and submit their details easily and quickly. This valuable information has the potential to save lives by allowing researchers to use your coded data in NHS records to check for health study suitability.

It takes less than a minute to register and the website gives full details on how doing so can help. The new SHARE website also has lots of information on the team, researchers, partners and more.
