Here at mtc, we are delighted and very proud to announce the recent launch of a new career website for national retailer B&M home stores.    

B&M was formed in 1978 and is now one of the leading variety retailers in the UK.

From its first store in Blackpool, Lancashire, B&M has grown to over 650 stores and employs over 32,000 staff. B&M believes in selling top branded products at sensational prices. And attract over 4 million happy customers through their doors each week.

B&M has stores throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

mtc was chosen for this work from our track record of producing quality websites to fit all sizes of briefs and our ability to work with different CMS platforms. The project also came with a tight turnaround to support B&M with their exciting recruitment drive.

After recognising that the careers pages on our website needed a new exciting look & feel to reflect our evolving business, we had a recommendation to get in touch with mtc. 

At B&M we have a wide range of career opportunities & our ‘face-lift’ needed to enable us to demonstrate this engagingly and professionally, on a site that was easy to navigate for potential candidates. We were also keen on our existing colleagues, to share their stories about how rewarding working at B&M could be! 

mtc took our brief and initially designed a demo of what it could look like to ensure we were both aligned. mtc went on to bring all our ideas to life with minimal additional effort from us and all within our budget! Thank you to the whole team at mtc.
