Ours Servers are located in the Centro data centre in London featuring the very latest world class resilient infrastructure, including multiple levels of 24/7 security, stable high-capacity power supplies, fire protection and climate control systems.
Network
Our servers are connected to the internet via the highest quality redundant routers to tier 1 providers such as Level(3) communications, Teleglobe, Enta, Euroconnex, Express, Packetexchange and TSN.
Backups
Our servers have mirrored raid drives to protect against hard drive failure. Incremental backups are made of our servers every hour to a backup server, and once per day to seperate offsite location. This insures that there is no possibility of data loss under any circumstances.
Monitoring
All services are monitored every minute of the day, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A member of our team will then be alerted to any problems as soon as they develop so they can be resolved as quickly as possible and with the minimal impact to you and your customers.
