Project Manager
mtc. wish to recruit an outgoing and dynamic project manager that can join our existing team and work with our clients in guiding them through their projects with our company. The role will consist of liaising with clients on a daily basis, communicating with our design and development teams, holding meetings and conference calls with clients, managing clients expectations verbally and via email and much more. The ideal candidate would have a customer service or project management background. Account Manager
mtc. wish to recruit an outgoing and dynamic Account Manager that can join our existing team and work with our existing clients. The role will consist of managing a portfolio of clients, keeping all client information current and relevant. You will build strong and positive relationships with clients. Communication will be via phone, email, meetings and travel at times. You will grow a sound understanding of all mtc. services and features and up-sell accordingly to our existing clients. Day to day you will manage clients questions, expectations on costs, time frames and ensure client?s support tickets are resolved in a reasonable time scale. Within your role you will build strong relationships with Co Workers across all teams and be prepared to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues at all times. Confident in handling any clients concerns will also be beneficial for the role.

SEO - Search Engine Optimiser / SEO Specialist
mtc. are currently looking for an SEO specialist to work within our expanding marketing team. You will work with a number of clients in a broad range of industries, identifying key areas of opportunity and help the progress the web site to meet these goals via Search Engine Optimisation. You must have some prior understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and also have a keen interest in internet commerce. Any technical know-how related to web or search is also greatly beneficial but not required.

Junior PPC Account Manger
mtc. are currently looking for a junior PPC account manager to work with our expanding paid search team. You will work with a number of different clients in a broad range of industries to help identify and boost their online presence through the medium of Paid Search. Your main roles and responsibilities will include creating and generating Paid Search campaigns for clients approval. Monitor and report on campaign progress on a regular basis and also Analyse and report on specific PPC targets. Any previous experience beneficial, but not required. Training and Google certification can be obtained within the role but is beneficial if you have any existing Google certifications.

Online Marketing Manager
mtc. are currently looking to recruit an Online Marketing Manager to work with our expanding team. You will assist in working on day-to-day tasks within the marketing department. This includes Scheduling and taking client calls relating to marketing campaigns, arranging and holding meetings with clients to discuss their campaigns, maintaining and managing client relationships and reporting directly to business development and to department head. Any past experience working and managing marketing campaigns is beneficial as is a basic understanding of digital marketing services and how they continually impact the day to day running of a website. If you have a strong passion for the online marketplace, and an understanding of the major search engines as well as being a keen user of online forums and social media web sites such as Facebook and Twitter these are beneficial. Any experience of PPC (Pay per Click) marketing through Google Adwords or similar systems is also beneficial.

Designer
mtc. are currently looking to recruit experienced designers. You will join our existing team and work on a diverse range of web sites each with differing client needs. In addition as we expand into a full service agency we are looking to recruit candidates with a good grasp of the branding process. You should be able to maintain a meticulous attention to detail while creating rich and immersive web interfaces that are designed firmly with the goals of the end user in mind. Desirable skills are a sound grasp of our preferred in house design software (Adobe Creative suite). In addition it is beneficial to have knowledge of front end web technologies, both in terms of what is possible but also on the challenges of modern web interface design.

Front-end Web Developer
mtc. are currently looking to recruit front end web developers. You will join our existing team of developers and work on a diverse range of web sites each with differing client needs. You should have a sound knowledge and a desire to keep up to date with the rapidly evolving world of modern web standards. We are looking for candidates who are able to help us continue our push into the challenges and complexities of the mobile web and beyond. All candidates should supply example work. We are currently looking to recruit a number of graduate PHP programmers / developers. You will join our existing team working on our ever expanding portfolio of over 500 LAMP powered websites. Candidates should have knowledge of PHP 5, MySQL, HTML5 / CSS3, JavaScript. Candidates with knowledge of other languages such as java, c#, c and ruby will also be considered. You should have good team work and communication skills when working with colleagues and clients. You should be able to work independently on projects while keeping the goals of our clients and end users in mind. Good organisational skills are required when working with our projects team to manage your workload.

Web Developer
We are currently looking to recruit a number of PHP programmers / developers with 2 or more years industry experience. You will join our existing team working on our ever expanding portfolio of over 500 LAMP powered websites as well as developing new features and expanding on existing features of our bespoke e-commerce and CMS software. Knowledge of relational database design and object-oriented programming in PHP is essential.
You should have good team work and communication skills when assisting and working with colleagues and clients. You should be able to work independently on projects while keeping the goals of our clients and end users in mind. Good organisational skills are required when working with our projects team to manage your workload.

Mobile App Developer/Programmer
mtc.mobile are currently looking to recruit a Mobile App programmer/developer to join the Mobile Development Team. You will be responsible for the development and deployment of mobile Apps on both iOS and Android. This role is open to all levels of experience both senior and junior developers. A passion for programming on mobile and awareness of technology changes is essential; we are looking for an individual with a real spark and passion in this arena. Core skills are Objective C, Java/Android, c/c++ (not essential but beneficial) and SVN. Knowledge of web programming would also be beneficial but not essential.
